DPC7000 L/R series intelligent valve positioner is a two-wire intelligent communication instrument which can convert the electrical signal into pneumatic signal basing on microprocessor, and receives the 4~20mA set signal of valve position from control system, and it attains the set value of valve position through A/D conversion; Meanwhile, it receives the actual valve position signal from position sensor; through the calculation procession of control software, they control the intake and exhaust of pneumatic actuator to drive the valve till set position.
It has the features of compact structure, simple operation, safety and reliability, easy-to-read LCD display, low power consumption, rapid response speed, long service life, strong vibration resistance and diamagnetic interference resistance. It can reduce the maintenance time and improve system and support diagnosis function. Improve the control quality and localize the user interface.
